Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

If you have chosen a product that you would like to purchase, first you must decide how many you would like. Type in the quantity in the box provided and purchase your order through paypal. Once you have purchased your order, it is VERY important that you e-mail us with your event details. In your e-mail plesae provide the following information:

1. Exact wording, line for line

Example: Line 1: With their parents; Line 2: Emily Amber Jacobs; Line 3: &; Line 4: Nick Joseph Osei

2. Colors for the graphics (if there is more than one color on the graphics, please be specific)

3. Color for the font

4. Font type (please view our font list)

5. Paper type: Smooth or Luxe (Luxe is 25% cotton, textured high quality paper)

6. If you have chosen smooth paper, you have the option of white or ivory cardstock.

How do I order RSVP's?

We can make RSVP cards to match any invitation. If you order invitations that do not already have RSVP's for sale on the listing,e-mail us to let us know you are interested in purchasing matching RSVP's and we will send you a proof and an invoice from paypal for the quantity of RSVP's you request. RSVP's come with envelopes. You can also have a return address printed on the envelopes for an extra .20 cents each.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are completed and shipped within three days of receiving your order. You will receive an e-mail with a proof of your design and a second e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped.

I need to make changes to my order!

Email us immediately if you realize that you need to change your order. If you discover that you need to change your order before we have e-mailed you the proof, just make your changes when responding to the proof. If you discover that you need to change your order after you have already approved the proof, we will let you know if it has already been printed or not. If it has not been printed, we will then make the change; however you are responsible if it has already been printed. We will e-mail you the outcome.

I would like a sample of the invitation, can you send me one?

Yes. We do offer samples of every invitation. The cost of a sample is $2.00. If you are interested in getting a sample mailed to you, e-mail us with your address and which invitation you would like to see and we will e-mail you an invoice from paypal. Once we receive the payment, we will mail out the sample the following day.

What are the sizes of the invitations?

Unless otherwise written in the descriptions:

Invitations are approximately 5" x 7"
RSVP's are approximately 3.25" x 4.5"
Save the Dates's are approximately 4.25" x 5.5"

Can I change the colors of the invitations?

Absolutely! If you like a certain invitation but would like different colors, e-mail us with your color choices. We will try our best to match the invitation to the colors you choose.

Can I change the font on the invitations?

You sure can! Visit our font list to choose the font you would like on your invitation and e-mail us with your choice.

Can I order a custom made invitation?

Yes. If you are interested in ordering a custom designed invitation, please e-mail us with your idea and we will try our best to accomodate your needs. We love custom orders.

Return Policy

Bisou Sucre takes great pride in providing you with the very best service and quality. We try our best to describe and show our invitations exactly how they will be printed. It is your responsibilty to read the proof before we print it. If you are dissatisfied with your order for reasons other then the wording, we will gladly reprint your order. Please note that colors on your monitor may be different from colors on our monitors so the invitations may slightly differ.
